Clearing of Export Consignments

We provide all kinds of services related to the Customs clearance of goods through seaports, airports and post offices, and safely delivered these to the consignee's premises.

On the shipment of export commodities, Export Declaration Form (CUSDEC 2) must be submitted to the Customs Department together with the documents such as : Export license / permit, Invoice, Packing list, Sales Contract, Shipping Instruction, Letter of Credit or General Remittance Exemption Certificate and Payment advice referring Inward Telegraphic Transfer Private No./ Inward. Also other Certificates & permits as required by the Government agencies concerned.

FCL, LCL and Break Bulk
On many trade lanes Break Bulk shipments of perishable goods are the fastest and most economical way for ocean shipments. Full Container Loads (FCL) reefer shipments increased most during the last few years. With modern equipment cool chain maintenance is at its best with FCL global reefer shipments.

Freight Booking
A freight booking is a customer request to move a nominated quantity of a product on a service.

Advance License
Inputs required to manufacture export products can be imported without payment of customs duty under Advance License. Advance License can be granted to merchant exporter or manufacturer exporter to import raw materials. This services include Duty Free Replenishment Certificate (DFRC), Extension for Export Obligation and Revalidation of License

DEPB License
The scheme is easy to administer and more transparent. The exporter gets credit when he exports the goods. The credit is on basis of rates prescribed. This credit can be utilized for payment of customs duty on imported goods. Also provide services for Sale / Purchase of DEPB.

Application for Duty Drawback
A drawback is a refund of the duties paid on imported goods. In this case, the drawback applies to duties paid on imported goods that are eventually exported. Goods can be exported without affecting the refund amount if they are exported in the same condition as they were imported, or if they are further manufactured or used in a limited manner.
